Entry Rules:
**All rules are subject to change and will be enforced by Malu Cat Cafe management and staff.
Age Restrictions:
- Minimum Age: 5 years old.
- Ages between 5-12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-Every adult needs to accompany a maximum of two kids in the cat lounge.
Personal Liability:
- We are not responsible for any injuries. You are personally liable if you have any allergies.
Respect Personal Space:
- Allow the cats to approach you at their own pace.
- Be gentle, pet the cats with soft strokes.
- The older cats don't like to be picked up, if you want to pick up the kittens, please ask for help from staff.
- Be patient with our cats, the environment is new to them, and they will need time to adjust.
Do not wake up cats:
- If a cat is asleep, please do not disturb, cats need their sleep.
Hygiene:
- Make sure you sanitize your hands before and after interacting with the cats.
No outside Cats:
- Pets or outside cats are strictly not allowed in the cat area.
No outside food or drinks:
Maintain a calm atmosphere:
- No loud noises, screaming, or sudden movements.
- No running or yelling.
- Do not leave your drink unattended.
Feel free to take pictures and videos, but please turn off the flash.
You will be required to wear shoe covering when entering the cat lounge, which will be provided to you upon arrival.
